Learning Dutch!

    Starting your life in a county where you know almost nothing about? Don’t even speak their language? Well, you just like me right now!

    After stayed in France for more than 5 years, and worked between China and France for more than 6 years, I never thought I would live in Belgium one day. Even I met few Belgian in China and in France, all of them speaks French or English.

    But live has her own plans for me! Now i’m married to a Flamand-Belgian , I’ll start learning Dutch, or we could say more specifically, Flamand!

    Thanks to the Belgium government, they have 3 official languages in this small country! Flamand, French and German, and of cause, everyone I met speak more or less a bit English. So even for foreigner who could not speak one word of Dutch, we could live in Flamand without too many trouble. But if I want to understand most of conversations and get a job, I still have to speak Dutch.
